Package Your Item
Securely place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all protective dust bags and tags are included to maintain return eligibility.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
